Who We Are

Gratitude Garden is operated by Plexiri (“Plexiri,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy describes information handled by the app, its widget, and support pages.

Reflections and Plant Progress

You can speak or type a reflection to your plant. Saved reflections include text, a date, app-generated categories and growth values, and associated plant progress. Preferences and reminder settings are also stored. Earlier app versions may have saved moods, themes, and photos with entries; existing records may remain in your app storage.

These categories and growth values are part of a playful visual experience. They are not an assessment of your emotions, health, or wellbeing. Plexiri does not receive your reflections or plant progress through an app account or a separate app backend.

Microphone and Speech Recognition

Voice input is optional and starts when you choose the microphone control. It requires microphone and speech-recognition permissions. The app uses Apple’s Speech framework only when on-device recognition is supported for your device and language. If it is unavailable or permission is denied, you can type instead.

Audio is processed in memory for recognition and the plant’s visual response. The app does not save audio recordings, send audio to Plexiri, or use cloud speech recognition. A completed transcript may become a saved reflection. You can manage these permissions in system Settings.

On-Device Language Analysis

On compatible devices running iOS 26 or later, the app may use Apple’s Foundation Models framework to interpret the words you submit for plant reactions and growth. This uses the on-device system model when Apple Intelligence is enabled, the model is ready, and the language is supported. Otherwise, or if the model cannot complete a request, the app uses local language analysis.

The app does not send your reflections to an external AI service. The app limits growth and can store its analysis with the reflection so the plant’s progress stays consistent.

Device Storage and iCloud

App data is stored using Apple’s local app storage. Private CloudKit sync may synchronize saved reflections and garden data through your personal iCloud account when available. Apple handles iCloud data under your Apple ID and iCloud settings. Plexiri does not operate a separate database for your app content.

Deleting the app removes its locally stored app data from that device. Data in iCloud can remain and is managed using Apple’s iCloud storage controls. Photos retained from earlier versions are stored with their entries; the current plant experience does not scan your photo library.

Widgets and Reminders

The widget can read limited shared App Group data on your device to show counts and streaks. This does not send information to Plexiri. Optional reminders use local notifications. You can manage reminders in the app and notification permission in system Settings.

Analytics, Advertising, and Purchases

The app has no advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Apple may provide aggregated App Store analytics and crash or diagnostic reports according to your device settings and Apple’s policies. These reports are not linked by the app to the reflections you save. Apple handles App Store download payments.

Support

If you contact Plexiri, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your email address, message, screenshots, and diagnostic details. We use it to respond, troubleshoot, improve the app, and maintain business records.

Children, Security, and Changes

Gratitude Garden is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Protect your device and Apple ID with appropriate security settings. We may update this policy when the app or its information handling changes; the date above identifies this revision.
